Mattress
Most midi beds take standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk comes with a security rail for added peace of mind. Some models feature the option of a pull-out trundle drawer which can be used to host sleepovers, or to add additional storage space underneath the bed. These can either be open or equipped with doors (please look at the product's details for complete details).
Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to another or chests. This gives the children their own space to store everything they own. It also means that they don't need to take up floor space with bulky shelving or wardrobes.
A few of the models have even taken it an extra step with cabinet-style storage that is flush mounted or part of the headboard/footboard. This is perfect to store toys and books.
